Data Stream Services, provides technical support services for its current product offerings. The company will also provide support for some older versions of its products. Data Stream Services, Inc. is dedicated to the success of its' customers. We provide an array of comprehensive services to assist you in your successful deployment and implementation of your solution.
Before Contacting Technical Support
A variety of resources have been made available on-line to assist users with questions or concerns regarding a specific product. Before contacting Technical Support, please:
- Eliminate all other possibilities. Check your configuration and resources. In many cases simply restarting can solve the problem.
- Refer to the Product documentation. Most Technical Support questions are answered in the reference materials provided with the software.
- Refer to the Product FAQ where available. A FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions list) has been created for most of our products and contains answers to some of the more commonly asked customer questions. Perhaps yours will be among them.
Be sure to have the following information on-hand when contacting Technical Support:
- Product name and version number
- Operating system and version number including applicable service patches.
- Exact error messages (where applicable)
- Database vendor, version and platform
- A description of the problem, including the steps necessary to reproduce the problem and what you have already tried to solve it.

What to Expect:
Phone calls are answered in the order in which they are received. If all technicians are busy, you will be given the option after a short time to continue waiting or to leave a message. Your call specifics will be logged into our call tracking system and will be queued for the appropriate Technical Support Team. As soon as a technician becomes available, they will return your call.
Faxed requests are collected periodically throughout the day and then assigned to available technicians.
